## Fits the standards you already run

**Creation context inside the standards, not a new silo.**

Proof of Human adds a music-specific creation record inside C2PA / Content Credentials: witnessed human work, disclosed AI assistance, and anything unseen kept unknown. Platforms decide how to use that context. Complementary, never a compliance certificate.

- **Human work** — Witnessed as it happens inside the DAW.
- **AI-assisted material** — Disclosed with context when declared or positively observed.
- **Not witnessed** — Kept unknown — never silently relabelled as AI.

**EU AI Act · Article 50.** Machine-readable AI marking applies Aug 2, 2026. PoH can add creation context beside machine-readable AI markings; it does not establish compliance by itself.
